She has a higher education degree in Medicine from Osh State University (OshSU). In 2021, she moved to Germany and currently lives there, working in a hospital in her professional field. She has been studying and teaching the German language for 10 years and has trained not only citizens of Kyrgyzstan but also international students. She has traveled to almost all cities in Germany and has also visited many European countries. In 2019, she founded the company ILEC, where she teaches German and helps students enroll in and travel to Germany for education. She possesses strong professional leadership qualities, is responsible, goal-oriented, and focused on the development of education and supporting students in achieving their goals.

Momunova Gulshaiyr
She holds a higher education degree as a teacher of English and German languages from Osh State University (OshSU). She works at the ILEC Educational Center and is responsible for the academic department. She spent 5 years in Germany through the Au Pair, FSJ, and Ausbildung programs. She has visited almost all cities in Germany as well as more than 10 foreign countries. She has been teaching German for 2 years and teaches students from beginner level up to B1. Teaching methods: I work individually with each student and explain grammar in a simple and understandable way. During lessons, I focus strongly on speaking practice. Each lesson is conducted in a special format (games, presentations, visual materials). I aim to make classes as effective as possible and focus on results rather than only on the learning process.

Temirzhanov Jamshidbek
He has a higher medical education in General Medicine from the medical faculty of Osh State University. He completed his residency in Neurology at the Kyrgyz State Medical Institute of Postgraduate Training named after Daniyarov. He works as a neurologist in the angioneurology department of OMOKB and also consults patients in a private clinic. He has visited Germany three times and is a participant in the International Congress on Thrombolysis (Germany, 2025). He has been working as a German language teacher at the ILEC Educational Center for more than 5 years and teaches students from beginner level to B1. Teaching methods: I use a modern communicative approach to teaching and adapt the program to the level and goals of each student. Special attention is given to the development of speaking skills, listening comprehension, and practical use of grammar. I use interactive exercises, real dialogues, situational tasks, and visual materials. I aim to create a comfortable learning atmosphere that helps students progress quickly and gain confidence in using the language.

Begizhonov Islombek
He has incomplete higher education and is currently studying to become a philology teacher of English and German at the Kyrgyz-Uzbek University. He works as a teacher at the ILEC Educational Center. He has been studying German for more than 2 years and has been teaching for 8 months. He teaches students from beginner level up to B1.
Teaching methods: I use an individual approach for each student and select teaching methods based on the student's characteristics. I place a clear emphasis on grammar and try to explain it as simply and clearly as possible. At the beginning of each lesson, I combine speaking practice and listening exercises (Shadowing method). Once a week I prepare texts based on the topics studied to strengthen knowledge and improve understanding. My teaching is focused on continuous student progress.

She holds a higher education degree in Teaching English and German from Osh State University. She currently works at the ILEC Educational Center, where she supervises the academic department and organizes the educational process. She has international experience: she participated twice in the Ferienjob program in Germany, visited most cities in the country, and traveled to more than 10 foreign countries, which helped her better understand the culture and language environment. She teaches German to students from beginner level to A2.
Teaching approach: I apply an individual approach to each student, considering their goals, level of preparation, and learning style. I explain grammar clearly and in a structured way, making complex topics easier to understand. During lessons, I focus especially on developing speaking skills and confidence in communication. Each lesson is interactive: I use games, presentations, visual materials, and practical exercises. My main goal is not only teaching theory but also achieving real results and helping students use the language freely in practice.

She holds a higher education degree in World Languages from Osh State University. She lived in Germany for 2–3 years through the Au Pair and Sprachstudenten programs. She lived in Cologne and Frankfurt and also visited Italy, the Netherlands, Austria, and France. She has been teaching German in educational centers for 3 years and recently started teaching at the ILEC Educational Center.
Teaching methodology: I explain the material individually to each student and use many activities during lessons. I pay special attention to vocabulary expansion, grammar, correct reading, and speaking skills. My students receive positive feedback and achieve high results.

She is a third-year student at the BiM faculty of Osh State University. She works at the ILEC Educational Center. She spent 2 years in Germany through the Ferienjob program and visited many cities in Germany as well as 5 other countries. She teaches German to students from beginner level up to A2.
Teaching methods: I work considering the individual characteristics of each student. I explain material in a simple and accessible way, focusing especially on building basic grammar and developing speaking skills. In lessons I use various formats such as exercises, dialogues, game elements, and visual materials. I aim to create a comfortable atmosphere and focus on practical learning results.

He is a fourth-year bachelor’s student majoring in Food Technology at the Faculty of Technology and Environmental Management of Osh Technological University. He completed an internship at the sanitary and epidemiological service, where he was involved in product quality control, laboratory analysis, and documentation. He works as a German language teacher at the ILEC Educational Center and teaches students from beginner level to B1. He has visited Germany twice. Teaching methods: I focus on the practical use of language from the first lessons. I structure lessons so that students actively speak and overcome the language barrier. I explain grammar systematically and clearly, reinforcing it with practical tasks. I use modern learning materials, dialogue models, situational tasks, and regularly monitor students’ knowledge. I strive to create a productive and motivating atmosphere that leads to steady progress and confident language use.

She is currently studying Medicine at Osh State University. Alongside her university studies, she learned German and traveled to Germany three times through the Ferienjob program. She has visited many cities in Germany as well as France, Austria, Switzerland, and other countries. Work experience: She started teaching this year at the ILEC Educational Center and currently teaches German at levels A1–A2. Teaching methods: I conduct lessons with strict discipline and pay attention to attendance and timely completion of assignments. I always prepare in advance for lessons and prepare visual materials, tests, and vocabulary lists. In class, I focus on speaking practice and work on expanding students’ vocabulary.

She graduated from the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University with a degree in Tourism. She currently works as a German language teacher at ILEC. She participated twice in the Ferienjob program in Germany and also completed a Praktikum. During this time she visited many cities in Germany and gained international work and communication experience. In addition, she has visited more than 30 countries. She is a beginner German teacher with a language proficiency level of B2. Teaching methods: An individual approach is used for each student, considering their level and learning goals. Grammar is explained in a simple and understandable way. Special attention is given to developing speaking skills. Interactive methods are used during lessons such as dialogues, role plays, presentations, and visual materials. The goal of teaching is to achieve real results and help students use the language confidently.

Work approach: I work individually with each client and offer programs that meet their needs. I strive to present information clearly and understandably. I take responsibility for the document preparation process and focus on results while building long-term, trusting relationships with clients.

She is currently studying at Osh State University majoring in Mathematics and Computer Science Teaching. She has been working as a manager at the ILEC Educational Center for 1 year. She visited Germany twice through the Ferienjob program and lived in Frankfurt and Munich. She also visited France, Austria, and Switzerland. She studied German and has an A2 level. Work methods: I have full information about the programs and try to help students as much as possible. I identify students’ needs and help them choose the right direction of study. I consult clients on all questions related to the company’s services. I help select optimal solutions considering clients’ wishes. I carefully manage documentation and monitor the application process. I maintain a high level of service and strive to increase customer satisfaction.
